You're doing email marketing.

You're just not doing email sales.

Let’s build a complete email system that sells your membership at every stage, not just when you’re launching.

The summer 2026 cohort has been filled. Get on the waitlist to be the first to know when we open the doors again in December!

Sound Familiar?

I hear you've been meaning to set up your membership emails for months.

Running a membership is a lot. Between creating content, showing up for your members, growing your audience, and everything else on your plate, “write my email sequences” has been sitting on your to-do list long enough that you’ve almost stopped feeling guilty about it.

You know there’s a version of your membership where the emails are doing more of the selling for you — where someone joins your list and gets a sequence that actually moves them toward joining, where a new member gets onboarded in a way that makes them want to stay, and where a cancelled member gets an invitation to come back.

You just haven't built it all yet.

Maybe you haven’t had the time, or maybe you haven’t been totally sure what sequences you actually need, what order they go in, or how much you even need to write. So they stay on your to-do list.

Your revenue ends up tied to how much energy you’re putting into promotions (and the membership that’s supposed to give you consistent recurring revenue starts feeling a lot less consistent).

Here’s what’s actually happening:

So you're showing up, emailing, creating… and your membership still isn't growing the way you want it to.

Let's change that.

Always Selling

The fix isn't sending more emails.
It's having the right sequences in place so your emails are always selling.

A membership isn’t a one-time sale, so your email strategy can’t be one-time-sale thinking.

When you have sequences in place across the full member lifecycle, your membership sells between launches, during launches, and in all the weeks in between.

Always Selling is a 6 month program where membership owners build a complete email system that converts, onboards, retains, and wins back members — so your membership is always selling, even when you’re offline.

Here's What We'll Build

Your Membership Profile

to help you nail your membership sales messaging. You’ll get clear on why people join, pulling straight from your own testimonials and member data. By the end of the month, you’ll know exactly what your email sequences need to say to convert more members.

A Sales Sequence

that moves new leads toward joining your membership without you having to show up and press send every time. Someone finds you on a random Tuesday, joins your list, and gets a sequence that gives them a real reason to join, whether you’re at your desk or not.

An Onboarding Sequence

that makes a new member feel like they made the right decision from the moment they join. Instead of logging in and wondering if they made the right call, they have a clear path, an early win, and the kind of first experience that makes them want to tell someone else about it.

A Campaign Sequence

that does the heavy lifting when you have something to promote, so you’re not starting from scratch every time you want to boost your cashflow. You can write it once, use it every time the moment is right, and repurpose it to use over and over again.

An Upgrade Sequence

that grows your revenue from the members you already have — the people who are already paying you, already getting value, and might just need someone to tell them there’s a next level or complementary offer available to them.

A Cancellation Sequence

that follows up with members who’ve left (because someone who already paid you and used your membership is the warmest lead you have). You’re not convincing a stranger. You’re just opening the door and inviting them back in again!

“I set up the sales sequence on Friday, and I had 4 new members join this week!! And I’m seeing more clicks than before. This helped tremendously.”

Hi, I'm Elle!

I’ve been running my membership, Styled Stock Society, since 2016 — and before that I spent several years as the Director of Marketing for an e-commerce brand, running email, social media, and paid advertising. I learned pretty quickly that for an online business, everything ultimately comes back to your email list.

Email is where the actual selling happens, and it’s the one channel that works even when I’m not working.

Almost a decade in, I’ve welcomed over 10,900 members primarily through automated email sequences that sell when I’m offline.

I’ve also spent the past several years working with membership owners across different industries to help them build the same kind of system, so I know that it’s a lot easier for memberships to grow sustainably when that email sales system is actually in place!

The short answer is it depends. It depends on if you’ve done the pre-work. It depends on how fast you write. It depends on if you plan to use AI or not. It depends on if you’re actually sitting down to focus and do the work.

But realistically, I’d say you should plan to spend 3-5 hours per month on program related work.

Nope! As your list grows, the sequences will already be there doing the work. And if you have any members at all, you should be onboarding them, upselling them, and following up when they cancel… regardless of how many members you have.

I will say if you don’t have an email list at all, Always Selling isn’t for you. It’s definitely not email marketing 101 and we’re not talking about setting up your email software for the first time or sending weekly newsletters. This program is specifically for building out email sequences.

Great! You can use frameworks to review and improve them. If you have sequences that exist but haven’t been updated in a while, this is a good opportunity to do that. You can also just submit an existing sequence for a review instead of writing a new one, and get feedback on what’s working and what’s worth changing.

Those templates probably weren’t built for memberships, and they likely weren’t built to create a sales system across the full member lifecycle. Not only will you get membership-specific frameworks in Always Selling, but you’ll get personalized reviews from me (a membership strategist), so you’re not just filling in a generic template.

No problem! The AI tools are included because they make the writing faster, but you don’t have to use them. You can take the sequence frameworks I provide and write every word yourself.

Always Selling was built for membership owners across different industries and models. The frameworks are built around the member lifecycle, which works the same way regardless of membership type. Having worked with both B2B and B2C memberships across industries ranging from marketing to meditation to moms with podcasts.

I’m familiar with most common membership and marketing platforms, including Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Podia, ThriveCart, MemberVault, MemberPress, Mighty Networks, Circle, Skool, Heartbeat, Slack, Flodesk, Kit, Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign, Drip, Zapier, and more.

The main requirement in terms of email service provider is that you need to use a platform / platform that includes automations.

If have questions about your specific setup, feel free to reach out.
